    Generic Task Bar Program Icon

I have been struggling with this problem FOR YEARS and have yet to find a solution. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit on my ASUS ROG G73SW 17-Inch Gaming Laptop. I have dozens, if not hundreds of programs installed on this machine. All display the proper program icon on the task bar except ONE PROGRAM-- Serif WebPlus X7 and Serif WebPlus X8. This is the ONLY PROGRAM that displays a generic, "blank page" on the task bar when the program is open. I have contacted Serif technical support several times and they are unable to help--they say that it is a Windows issue. I have re-built the icon cache to no avail. I have tried pinning and un-pinning the icon to the task bar--to no avail. I am using Classic Shell as a start button replacement, if this is a factor, I don't know.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this PLEASE??? Any and all replies appreciated!

    Thank you!

    Hi,
I find it pretty funny for a web design program to not have a simple .iso file associated with it's program :)
Blaming windows is a pretty lamo response from them imho.
