Weird misspelled usb keyboard in windows 7 control panel

Well, let me start by saying the keyboard works fine (windows 7 professional, BTW). But recently I found in control panel that USB KEYBOARD is mistyped as "USB KEYKOARD", which I've never seen happen in an OS. It is a Gearhead USB Keyboard Model #: KB3600MPU. Anybody have a way to fix this?

I would just ignore it. It seems when the manufacturer created the driver for it they wrote the details with a typo. Sometimes they're stored in a .inf file.
I don't think there is anyway you can change it now it's installed.
Was it installed using a .exe file or were they just separate files unpacked?
If they were separate files you can find the .inf file, open it as a Text file and go through it to see any typos and change them. Then try uninstalling/reinstalling the driver. I'm no driver expert but that might work.
Be careful not to change anything else though or the driver won't install properly.

Have a look at this article:
