How do I delete this .reg file from my registry?

So I was a idiot and was trying to install some game and on the forum people were saying to use the Grant-Admin-Full-Rights reg file. And now when I right click any folder it gives the option of "Grant Admin Full Control" which is very annoying to me. Anyone know how I can fix it and make it go away?

Link to the .reg - https://doc-10-b0-docs.googleusercon...9agps0adhokfhr

I finally fixed it, just had to delete every keyphrase "grant" that pertained to GrantAdminFullControl.reg.

    Hi AmmArsl,

If you could post the content of this 'GrantAdminFullControl.reg' file you've installed, we'll be happy to prepare a reg file that reverses what it does.
