how to make user folder private?

lets say i have 2 users on my computer.
each on of them are administrators.

    each is password protected.
how can i make the user folder of each private so the other can't access it?

    Don't make them both administrators.
    Or specifically deny them privileges.

Why would you have 2 admin's? They can access the hidden admin account and run riot or just use their accounts.

The best way would be to have only one user account as an admin, which should be password protected. The second account must be a standard user.

From there, you can edit the security options to specific settings according to the numerous tutorials on this site.

    that's not possible.
the computer is at work, couple of user working on them. both must have admin privileges
to use the necessary programs for their work.

maybe there is third party program to do that?

I would assume then system you are using has EFS.
So do that, encrypt the private data.

Or like I said in my previous post, specifically deny them privileges.
