Scared to update Windows 7 - Don't want Windows 10 at all

Hello all I want to stick to Windows 7 I used to keep it updated but now since Microsoft is forcing ppl to install patches for Windows 10 I am scared to update it at all. I work 16 hours a day 7 days a week.

I have thoroughly read in my free time different threads and deleted the unnecessary windows 10 patches and telemetry that were installed. Now I have a few more pending updates with me as you can see in the screenshot. I am asking about these since I installed these on my computer and work and started getting the pop-up for windows 10 on it the very next day. So I have not installed these on my home pc. I have set windows update to not install but inform me what updates are pending hence this list is still pending in my to install list. So any kind of help would be appreciated. Thanks

P.S It would be really helpful if an official thread is made to avoid windows 10 updates which is updated on regular basis and it lists the newest windows 10 file name (for e.g KB35320017 - Windows 10 popup nag screen) and what it does from the newest to the oldest

As long as you don't set Windows update to automatically download and install updates, there's nothing to worry about. It does take a little bit more time as you'll need to check the updates to make sure it doesn't relate to the 10 upgrade.
It's unfortunate but since MS started pushing 10 we have to take a little more time to check the updates. There are a couple of threads on here that post which updates to avoid anyway.

Also, nearly all of the updates on your list are security updates. I would not advise skipping any marked "security".
To date, MS has not pushed out any 10/Telemetry updates marked as security.

U said that "I would not advise skipping any marked "security" " but the two updates that were marked as security updates are responsible with installing stuff related to windows 10. Plz refer to the 3 updates I wrote in bold in post below.

I've installed those 3 and they don't relate to Windows 10 upgrade. I've just checked all the descriptions. Where did you read that?
10 updates have not been pushed as security updates. At least not yet anyway.

AddRam has extra updates on his list, but not all relate to 10/telemetry.

I just got this today KB3083992 googled it and a few says that its a Security Update for Windows 8.1 for x64-based Systems (KB3083992) how can I get a Windows 8.1 security update on a machine running Windows 7. I am kind of speechless while another website said its Microsoft Security Advisory 3083992 - This update includes improvements to enhance the functionality of Windows 10.

Either way I am hiding this too

    It's also for Windows 7.

I see nothing about Windows 10 in the description though?? The update relates to AppLocker certificates.

Which website did you read that about Windows 10? Please post a link. As I'd like to take a look myself.
