On the right side of the error message is a scroll bar. Scroll down to the bottom and post what you see.
I need to see the program name that is causing the message.

I still cannot see the name of the program - it is probably a file with a .ocx file extension.
See if you can find it by scrolling the message window up and down and post back.

I think the rundll32.exe is the problem
see the 1st picture


when i click the check online for solution nothing happens

Do you think it is a virus?

By the way i prntscreen every detail in the problem details
