Samsung Chronos7 Laptop not Booting

The laptop was working fine early this morning but has been down the whole day after freezing (fyi, this was when google chrome wasn't working with the message "waiting for cache"); follow with a hard boot (no pun intended) it is not booting.

Based on what I read here, here is my history of steps so far:
1. Create a window 7 recovery disc from another laptop to try to save the samsung chronos 7. It got to pick your country/language -> selected US -> Next. Then that was it, nothing happen after.

2. During boot, hold onto F4 -> Repair system -> tried to load and stop. Didn't get to select your country/language. I know there are many more options after this step to help with the repairs since I've done this before but it is not loading this time.

3. Hard reboot, hold F2 (although this doesn't get me to the BIOS everytime? Why is that???). In BIOS -> F9 to restore default -> F10 save and exit. Reboot normally, doesn't load on the window's icon screen.

4. F8 during boot -> tried safe mode / with network / etc -> nothing happens

Hardware seems to be OK since I've checked with Ubuntu. Everything is there. Also, I disconnected everything while doing these tests.

I know if I can get it to boot, I can start a restore time point and get it back to a workable condition.

Steps I can't do:
1. Can't image a window 7 iso disc since my product key is a 3rd pary os installed. MS and changed policy to allow only retail version to download which kinds of defeats the WHOLE purpose. The retail guys have a hard copy. It's the laptop/oem/3rd party users that need a copy.
2. Replace the hard drive. If anyone has a chronos7 or checked the web, this model is extremely difficult to open up. High risk of just damaging it physically. However, hardware was test to be functionally.
3. Can't remove batteries, same reason as #2.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated !!!

Hello and welcome noman sorry re the wait mate many to get through and.....

Can you boot into safe mode even? Plus you might like to read through this tutorial
Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot

Now do you have all your data backed up? if so you might even try the factory restore on that machine.

Partial data backup. Got feeded-up and rebuilt from scratched. Going to avoid Samsung going forward.

Yep ok mate there are two options this one I use
BOOTABLE UBUNTU
Make a bootable Ubuntu disk Get Ubuntu | Download | Ubuntu
Set the BIOS to boot from the optical when the machine boots it will show you a screen with TRY or INSTALL > select TRY not INSTALL
When it is finished - it takes very little time you will get a screen like in the pic .
Open the drive you want > User and dig down until you get to the data / settings you may be able to copy / paste the material you want to an external source or other installed drive doing this.
I am not sure if it will but I have recovered tons of data etc using this method both on "dead" or just plain drives that you cannot get data from using Windows.
and this Emergency Kit - save your files from a dead OS

Yep mate I find the Ubuntu less fiddly and I just use a disk myself that isn't to say the Linux run is not as good in fact I am sure it would be better and you have the OS to boot (nice pun!)
I just find the Ubuntu easy and quick to load and use.

Now the chkdsk problem - got a link?
