Try deleting this "xyz" user using a WMI method.

Open an elevated command prompt and run the below line. This will delete the user account associated with the profile "C:\Users\xyz". The folder "C:\Users\xyz" will also be permanently removed, so be careful if you decide to edit the line.
Code:
wmic path Win32_UserProfile Where "LocalPath='C:\\Users\\xyz'" Delete

1.So prior to using Hirens you had two Admin and one guest?
before using Hiren's boot cd I had one Admin account ,one standard account and disable guest account. I use that cd to create an Admin account "xyz", and then using that Admin "xyz" account changed my one standard account to Admin account, after that I am using that changed account as well as (previously disable)built-in Admin account to delete that "xyz" user . note: I don't have access to first Admin account.
2. I want to have Admin privilege for my Standard account.(there is an Option in Hiren's boot cd to convert exiting user into admin user but I didn't notice it before creating "xyz" account)
3. Yes, I can log on to my Laptop.

I'm sorry but I not sure I understand and its probably just me. If you had an administrator account to begin with, why use Hirens? You can just use UAC in control panel. If you have more than one admin acct. can you log in to the one you want to keep and delete the other? Sorry for being confused.

Have you tried what Pyprohly suggested?

It says "No, Instance<s> Available."
now I can't login to "xyz" user
I will re-boot, just a minute.

If you log in to the other admin account, can you delete the xyz Admin account in UAC that was created by Hirens?

As I said, I can delete it from other Admin user in UAC but after re-booting it shows up in log on screen.

Hi qaaq, I think you have to do it using the Hirens Boot CD. Have a look at this Youtube video that deals with removing user passwords with the Hirens CD. Removing user accounts can probably be done that way as well, so have a look at it & see how you go.
