User Account is not deleting from my Windows 7

I tried everything net user, lusrmgr.msc, regedit, user accounts etc but still after re booting my Administrator user "xyz" created by Hirens boot cd comes up in logon Screen. What should I do except reinstalling my whole windows again. Please Help me.

note: this "xyz" user is not built-in Administrator user. it is just a Administrator user created from Hiren's boot cd.

If Hiren`s boot cd created it, did you try using it to delete it ?

    I tried

I tried it but didn't find any option for deleting any user or that user "xyz" created by Hiren's boot cd. I even change the user "xyz"'s password and name but after re-booting it changed to what it was i.e "xyz". The only option that is working is "disable the user" but that dose not mean deleting it. So, what should I do except re-installing windows 7.

There has to be a way to get rid of it, wait and see if someone posts a solution.

    Don`t reinstall yet.

Try deleting it via User Accounts from Safe Mode.

I tried it but did not work. I think it is something to do with the way of creation of that user. i.e how Hiern's Boot cd created that user. So if I delete that "default thing", maybe that works. I have tried "almost" every combination to delete that user. My brother who gave me that cd had a similar problem, and he simply re-installed the windows but I don't want to do that. Like AddRAM said there has to be a way to get rid of it.

Another thing, if I change my that user name and password, it changes immediately, even I logoff and go to that user it show different name and password but then the moment I re-boot my computer it all changes to what it was i.e. user "xyz". What it is? It is just like a Software I know back in Kindergarten days the "Deep Freeze". It resets everything.

How many user accounts are on the machine now and what types are they? Do not include the hidden Administrator account.

1.So prior to using Hirens you had two Admin and one guest?
2.For what purpose did you use Hirens cd?
    3. Can you log on to your laptop?
