Reboot and Select Proper Boot Device - Not recognizing OS SSD
Hi All,
I was running Windows 7 64bit professional. Once, earlier this year on a restart I had the 'Reboot and select proper boot device' screen come up. I was confused and so I restarted the computer again and everything seemed to work fine. I then had to go work out of Province and have only just returned to my computer yesterday.
I tried starting it up and received this screen again. I have tried everything I can think of online with no luck. I've looked through the BIOS and the OCZ SSD I have isn't even being recognized by my computer. This SSD has my OS on it and so my computer is useless at this time.
I tried re-installing Windows 7 on my 2nd SSD but not I cannot seem to get the internet working on the computer so I cant even verify my product key.
I've tried swapping the SSD around since I know my 2nd drive is noticed but it still wont be recognized. As for why the internet wont work, I am not sure as its a hard wire connection. Anyways, I am looking for other suggestions as to why my SSD is not noticed. It frustrates me as last time this happened it still was able to load windows after I restarted again, so this time I cannot figure out what it is.
