Windows BT files and folder in windows 7 safe to remove?

I'm curious to know is it safe to delete the $Windows BT files and folder on the C: drive of
    my 32bit windows 7 platform..

I don't wish to have windows 10 and I certainly don't agree of Microsoft forcing people to use it, I
believe windows 7 is more stable then Windows 10, 8.1 and any other.. that's my opinion.

Sure it is safe to remove that folder.

The Disk Cleanup app that is native to Windows offers to remove it...
...if you run that clean up tool as admin.

Search the Start Menu and then...
...right click on the shortcut that the search returns.

There is a tutorial to it, but it has you run the scan twice - which takes way too long.

    You are welcome.

If your Windows Update settings are set to automatically download and apply updates, then that folder containing the Windows update files might return.
