Need Help, New Folder (4) appearing on desktop on startup.

every time i start my pc there is a "new folder (4)" appearing on desktop. please help how to get rid of this, i have scanned whole system for virus already but have a negative result, i also checked for startup programs and didnt found anything werid.

Also what have you scanned with ?

Ignore the title of the thread,
Instant Savings App
On the BleepingComputer site use the button that looks like this,


You can use these free tools to see if they find anything,
Manually Update them before running full scans,
Try not to use your computer while the scans are running, (one at a time of course).
See this tutorial on how to download and run Malwarebytes,
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free

Also use the Custom scan option not the Threat scan,
Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware Detection & Removal Software
SAS is safe to remove anything it finds

hello, as stated above i have a folder which keeps reappearing every time i start my computer, it's an empty folder and no other program is using it. tried removing it in safe mode and from the registry, but no results. can someone help me? thank you in advance!
