There are two layers of Administrator in Vista and Windows 7. Right click the .exe file and select "Run as Administrator". This is done so that malware can not run from within an Administrator account.
That second pic isn't a pic you want to show on here mate!!
And those prompts aren't telling you they're not being run as admin. It's just reminding you that the patch won't work if it isn't run with admin privileges.
didn't work I already tried that. I wouldn't be here if that were the answer. Thanks for the replays though.

Is it possible to set a program to ALWAYS open as administrator???
I click on it and set run as admin but then i check back and the run as admin is unchecked again! strange!!
Also is it possible to make a shortcut to a file that will open it as administrator???

Not sure if this is exactly what your after, but if you set this up, you won't be prompted by the UAC anymore.
