Using an ssd in another computer

I have a very old laptop I posted the basic specs down below. But I wanted to know what would happen if I was to take my current ssd from my desktop and install it in my laptop? Without reformatting it or anything. It already has a copy of windows on it. I just want to use this old laptop for a day and install the ssd back into my desktop. Would there be any negative effects if I install the ssd on the laptop and back into the desktop ? Would everything still worked correctly ?

Most likely the laptop would not boot. The drivers on the drive are for the desktop and will not work with the laptop. Only if the hardware of the 2 computers were very similar would this be possible.
