    My guess is you have some sort of mal-ware affecting your system. Where did you get you OS? Have you scanned it? Was it like this as soon as you started your new custom-built computer? You can PM me, if you wan't to. I'm bored any way.

    It's mal-ware hijack most lkely. Does it do it in SAFE-MODE?

    Where did you download your OS from? Who did you buy the key/COA/ from ?

    When did this start and is it only at certain times or is it all of the time? Did you do a Clean Install of Windows with the download you got from Microsoft? When you made the CD from the file you just got, did you burn the CD at no more that 4X?
