Extra taskbar in 3 monitor setup

I can't seem to find the answer to this one by searching. I have an extra taskbar that keeps showing up when I restart my computer. I can right-click and "exit" to close the extra taskbar, but it shows up again when I reboot. How do I get rid of the extra taskbar permanently?

Below is a picture of my 3 monitors. The extra taskbar is on the left screen.

That doesn`t look like a taskbar, looks more like some kinda artifact.

Move your taskbar over to that monitor temporarily, see what happens.

It's a taskbar. I can right click on it and have it show which programs are running just like a normal taskbar. I can have the icons grouped, or set them to never group, etc etc. I can have it show on the bottom, left, right, or top of the screen, just like your normal taskbar.

I just can't get rid of it on startup.
