    msconfig boot options -> explain plz :P


    hello, i just checked my msconfig -> boot tab and found these options:

    No gui boot
    Boot log (i guess this write some log at every boot)
    Base video
    os boot information


    what are this options changing ?

    Ronseal

    No GUI Boot displays an aurora type affair instead of the Windows logo.
    Boot Log you have already answered correctly.
    Base Video starts the computer using a standard VGA video driver.
    OS Boot Information suprisingly displays information as to what's loading during the W7 bootup.

    hm is there a way to change the font size when enabling boot os information? And propably the font colour/backround ?


    I wanted to give it a nice look And i thought i saw it already somewhere (with some aurora like backround + a smaller font.. but i checked both already and it didnt work).

    You can change your font size in 'personalization':
    Attached Thumbnails Attached Thumbnails msconfig boot options -> explain plz :P-fontsize.jpg

Two boot options in MSCONFIG

When I start my computer, the boot manager comes up with two options that are the same. Windows 7 64 bit. When I open msconfig under boot it has two options and I cant delete one of them. Thanks for any help in advance
