Xpress Recovery2 is a GIGABYTE support utility program. Double check your BIOS settings to see if there may be an option to disable it.

I'm not familiar enough with that motherboard's BIOS settings, but it should be there somewhere.

Look in the boot settings to see if there may be anything like a splash screen for this to disable.
