I attempted to open the program 5 times and it just goes in the task manager and does this:

The program worked fine before so I don't get what is wrong?
ALSO: I can NOT end the process at all. I tried a billion times it wont end.

Your task manager? window doesn't look like mine for Windows 7. If it is truly a process running in
Task Manager you can't end, open a dos box (cmd) and @C:\ type taskkill /f /im launcher.exe *32

I have the same problem on programs that I have already used and if I check a program at the first start that have this problem in task manager I see three times the same process being unkillable without a restart.
EDIT: After some tries to fix the problem it was Avast from the start.
