Computer shuts down while gaming

So, as the title says, my computer shuts down while gaming after 15 seconds in the game(full load).

I ruled out a lot of problems and here is a list:
-There are no BSODs
-It's not temperature since cpu temp under load is around 56°C and gpu around 45°C
-I ran Driver Verifier and got no problems
-I tried another CPU, same thing
-I tried another GPU, same thing
-Memtest86+ for 8 passes showed nothing
-I ran a malware scan and detected nothing
-SFC /SCANNOW showed no integrity violations

It could be the mobo, but the PSU is more suspicious bc it's a crappy no-brand 250W and when my computer shuts down while gaming, it has a pattern where it shutdowns then starts back on and shuts down again and then it goes to boot.

* PSU Voltage rails are normal,however I noticed by using HWiNFO logging that the 12v rail at shutdown time was at 11.2v *

I really hope it's the PSU since i'm planning to buy a new one, but i would like to know if it is the mobo tho.

Hello.
Wow I am amazed that you could get your computer to work with that 250W power supply.It probably has 15+A on 12V rail -if it's 12V power is equal to it's specified power it ain't bad.But no wonder your computer is shutting down ;That 11.2V ain't optimistic and it's pretty bad value for 12V rail and you have all rights to suspect that power supply is cause of your problem.
I will go with a same assumption.

Yea, i wasn't sure about the rail since some people say it should be +/-5% of 12v and others say +/-10% of 12v(10% would mean my voltages are within range)so i was confused.Will get a new PSU soon.

* Btw i guess my rig eats up like 240W or something and it's on the edge *

Would like to see some more thoughts on this and then i will mark thread as solved

11.4(3)V on heavy load is acceptable for 12V rail (I would be concerned if I would get less).
See 12V rail ideal voltage is of course 12V but in practice most of the time it is not (due to hardware,resistance of wires,heat etc.).Generally you want as close value to 12V.
In your case since you've done serious testing and power supply is probably the issue.

250W is hopelessly inadequate except for the smallest, most basic of computers. How much "bigger" you need will depend on all your innards, but I'd get at least twice what you think you need.

My recommendation for a new PSU! EVGA Supernova NEX750B 750W ATX EPS12V 80PLUS Bronze It's the one I have in my system and I'm more then happy with it!!
