Still working on the updates, Panda has been installed.

Quick question, might be a stupid one: Do I need the USB 3.0 drivers? Will the 3.0 ports work as regular ports if I don't install or are they not functional at all?

    Hi,
Yes you can pick up the usb 3.0 drivers from asus site when you get the other newer drivers,
They would still work just not a 3.0 speed but then again it takes a 3.0 device to get those speeds

Your USB 3.0 drivers are probably on your motherboard CD.

You can install them later when everything is up and running properly.

    Hello again!

My computer is now working completely fine, thank you so much for your help.

There is however one last thing that I'd like to fix:
The System Reserved partition is on my 3GB hard drive, meaning I can't format it to make use of all the 3GB, it's stuck on 2. How do I move the System Reserved partition to my C-drive so I can format and make use of all the space on my 3GB hard drive? I've tried both Window's disk management and Mini Tool, but can't seem to find out how to do it.

This tutorial may give you some ideas on how to proceed ....

Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times

The full tutorial explaining the startup repair procedure is here ...

    Startup Repair

In your case you would probably be best physically disconnecting the 3 TB Drive and then booting, as the boot will fail you can then follow the tutorial to move the files (or more correctly re-create them) onto your windows Drive

    Hi,
I haven't used this process here's an easier way to copy the boot manager to C
Bootmgr - Move to C:\ with EasyBCD

Hi. I tried using EasyBCD, but it tells me "The drive you have selected is already the current boot drive. Please select a different drive to continue!", it's referring to my C-drive. Does this mean I don't really need the system reserved partition and can delete it? The status of the system reserved partition is "Active, Primary partition". The status of my C-drive is "System, Boot, Paging(?), Active, Crashdump, Primary partition".

It would appear from what you have said and the image that the system reserved partition is not actually in use and may be removed, although it's only 100 MB so is really irrelevant

It looks like it's not the System partition the is limiting the maximum size of that the disk partition can be, but the 2TB limit of the old disk operating system you are using, you should be able to format the un-allocated space to create a new additional drive or you will need to reformat the whole drive as a GPT format to allow access to all the space

Convert MBR Disk to GPT Disk
