windows xp right click problems

    windows xp right click problems


    I try to copy a file and i push right click 1-2-3-4-5-6 times and finnaly the tab opens and i'm able to copy
    Never works at first click , i always must click many times , any solution?

    Have you tried another mouse, to see if the problem still exists.

    i tried..is not mouse problem.....system problem i am sure no no i don't receive that warning

    This is a Windows 7 Forum. MS support for Windows XP finished some time ago! If it is not a mouse problem I would guess that the problem is malware bearing in mind the type of website the OP uses!

    xp, w7 i think this things work the same ,u have any idea how to solve this? must install something ?

    Have you tried plugging the mouse into a different USB port?
    EDIT Found this, might help:

    Scroll down to "Right click not working properly"

    i changed mouse usb and i received the meessage: hardware not installed propely

    Can you see the mouse in Computer Management? If so, disable it then reboot your machine and see if XP can find the mouse.
