Help and what can i do with acer,i cant sign in but signing me out ?

my acer aspire V5 could not signed in but took more than an hour to load and later asking me to sign out which is taking more than 3 hours now with coming up with screen....what can i do please

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Safe mode with networking,
Shut down your machine, Unplug-Hold the power button down for 30/45 seconds (Power Drain)
Power up and Tap the F8 key continuously until you see a black page with white text,
Use the down arrow key to toggle to safe mode with networking/ hit the enter key.
Login as usual
Other advanced methods,
Safe Mode
Advanced startup options (including safe mode) - Windows Help

Clean boot,
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
Click Start and type in the search box,
msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,
