green folder icons wont change to yellow

Hi, i just received a refurbished toshiba nb305 new netbook from ebay and all the folder icons are green instead of yellow, no way to make them default yellow, please help ?

Yes but they arente encrypted, I found there is a pogram called stardock my colors on there but i cant revert it to the default , even if i press it.

Green means encrypted. Blue means compressed.

That would apply to the text being green or a different color. The text in the screen shot is black. Disable stardock in msconfig startup or uninstall it if you don't want it.

Ok thanks, will reinstall window 7 again, as there is no stardock option on the uninstall program section,
