Is this an upgrade install, or is it a clean install? Did you install any drivers yourself, or did you let Windows install everything? Did this start immediately, or did it start after you installed some applications?

    Hi and welcome

I applaud you for trying the dump file. There are several things to learn should you ever want to.; In the mean time can you go into the c:\windows\minidump, zip the dmp file (*.dmp) and upload it to us for debugging. We can do alot more date mining if we have the dump file.

    Thanks

    Windows 10, Home Clean Install

Bottom line, if this is an upgrade, start over and do a clean install. Do not give your key number until you are done and checked the OS for a few days.

It was a clean install on a brand new 320 SATA seagate drive. Windows installed nicely and no problems seemed to be present. I also, let windows do the install.

I used winrar instead of winzip hopefully that is ok. Thanks.
