Machine randomly crashing constantly

I have been chasing this issue for months on and now. It seems to cause issues and then stops. The symptoms are that the machine will just shut down as if someone pulled the power cord and then restart. There is no BSOD or any clues in Eventviewer other than the obvious kernal-power. This is a custom build machine. I have since replaced the MOBO and it was fine for a few weeks and then started happening again.

I can't figure out for the life of me if this is software or hardware related. I have had issues with this when the machine was running windows 7 and now upgraded to windows 10 and still causing issues. I've noticed that the MOBO light is still on when the machine crashes, so it's getting some power. Voltages look good in BIOS, 3.328, 5.040, and 11.904 rail voltages. I don't over clock the machine, and power supply is overkill for what I'm running right now, using a Corsair HX750 with a single 7950 card.

Sometimes the machine will crash, restart, and then crash again before fully booting up, or can goes minutes to hours before incident. I ran a memtest all night long and found no errors, and machine did not crash.

Anyone have any suggestions?
