REGSVR32 pop up error

not sure of the computer specs as its at a friends house(helping him out) computer started running slow so found it to be malware, spyware ran cleaner found 25 problems fixed them and now when I start the computer I get a pop-up as soon as it shows the desktop.. (REGSVR32... the module c:/users/sc-office/appdata/local/ihsoft/pkbxezsh.dll failed to load please debug or locate the file) so I searched for pkbxezsh.dll and found nothing. It runs good now but how do I get rid of this annoying pop-up

thanks for any help

hi try running SFC SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
might want to try a restore point before you cleaned the computer to see if it goes away. if it goes away try running scans with malwarebytes
