windows 7 color calibration

I'm trying to calibrate my monitor but I get a message saying "Display Color Calibration can't save the new calibration. Close other programs that are open, and then try again. Element not found." whenever I try to save. I have been searching for a solution but nothing helps.

Hi,
I'd first reset your monitor using the settings buttons on the monitor it's self

You're not showing much at all of system spec's unfortunately
But if you're using on board graphic's go to the manufactures website and search with the brand/ model computer you have and download the chipset driver for it.
There should also be a couple of tags on the machine with bar codes
One of those bar codes will show a snid which will make it easier to find your machine on the manufactures website.

My computer is a lenovo k450 desktop. I use geforce experience to get the latest drivers. I have installed the latest drivers from nvidias and it didn't solve the problem. my graphics card is a gtx 560.
