Windows menu search find only complete word, not part of it

    Morning,
I'll explain what appens to my pc with windows 7 64 bit:
when i try to search in the windows menu for an application that i have in my startmenu folder i find it only if i write the complete name.
    For example:
if i search for "ultravnc" i find it only if i write "ultravnc".
if i write only "ultra" i don't find the app that i need.
I attach the 2 images with the results.
I try this in other pc with the same version of windows and it work.
I try to reset and recreate the windows search index but with no look.

The same thing appens when in the explorer search i'm looking for a file name:
for example if i search for "PR2_Plus_ToolKit_2.00.03.exe" i find it only if i write "pr2" or "plus" or "ToolKit".
if i write "pr" or "pl" in other pc i find the file but in my not...
it work with the "*" for example "*pr*" work.

Do you have an idea to resolv my issue?
thanks and scuse me for my bad English.

You would be much happier if you downloaded and installed a program called Everything
It is free and all you could ask of a search program.
