"Brightness Down" pop up keep showing up

Hello guys!

I am a new member here. And for my first post, I would like to ask why is the "brightness down" pop up keep showing up? It's so annoying. I tried to find a way to change the screen brightness manualy, but i couldn't find it. Everybody seems to have the "adjust brightness" tab in the display settings. But I don't. I'm not sure if it's something to do with viruses or something. So, i would like to hear the answer from you.

Thanks

Hello and welcome Wasp now I assume you mean the settings in Control Panel - take a look at my pic it is what I set my machines to. It uses the high power settings and I choose about two thirds brightness in battery mode for laptops and full brightness for all my other machines.
See this Power Plan Settings - Change

Ok so I'm using a custom visual style made by another user however I don't really like the buttons used that I mentioned above. The creator states it is acceptable to change the theme to however you like as long as you don't redistribute it anywhere. Ok so I opened up the .msstyles file (using...
