google and yt accts taken control of - ideas?

Hi. My youtube and google accts have been hacked and taken control of. I can not log in, and my vids that used to have my name now have someone else's name. I don't even know where to begin here. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance.

have you tried using forgotten password feature, so that new password is sent to your registered mobile number ? (hoping hackers haven't changed your contact number on account). I personally know of a few of my friends who ever able to recover using this step.

Here's google's own recovery details - https://support.google.com/mail/answer/50270?hl=en

Thanks. Just tried that page, but it doesn't help. apparently my email has been removed, b/c when I enter it, I get:

No account found with that email address.

When I try doing a recovery phone, I get:

There were no matching Google accounts found with the information you provided.
