Can't download file to Adobe

    Can't download file to Adobe


    When i try to download ab internet file to adobe i get a box that says "couldn't open because not supported file type or file has been damaged or corrupted or was not correctly decoded".

    I've tried everything any suggestions?

    What file are you trying to download andwhere are you trying to download it from? Please state the file extension.

    Can't download file to Adobe


    the download is rollback rx and the it comes from their site.

    I'm now confused. Which file rom Rollback are you trying to download, there are sven to choose from I think? I don't understand what you mean when you say you are trying to download to Adobe? Can you explain please?

    You don`t download a file to Adobe, you open a file with Adobe, that is if Adobe can open it.

    Actually, I thought it was, but alas it I still can't open. It resides in My Documents.
