I have a question about windows and its registry

So i did research and found a registry key called foregroundlocktimeout and the value was 200000 and when i changed the value to 0 i noticed the time for program to be displayed was quick so im wondering is there any more registry keys that delay or enable filters that can be turned off or disabled?

    Here's one:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\MenuShowDelay

    set to 40

    Menu Show Delay Time

This is what that value is for: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/.../cc957208.aspx

Specifies the time, following user input, during which the system keeps applications from moving into the foreground,
so 200000 milliseconds is 200 seconds.
