Can't find Google Chrome 'Favorites' in Win 7

I know this sounds like a dumb problem and I'm sorry I can't figure it out, but ...
I want to do a 'clean install' for Win 10 so I am in the process of saving things on a stick from "C" Program Drive to later transfer back when Win 10 is loaded (like: Favorites; email .pst files; My Documents; etc.).
After I put these on the stick I checked them to make sure they were correct, but the 'Favorites' were not. After much head scratching I found out that the file contained my old 'Internet Explorer' favorites which were in 'C:\Users\(user-name)\Favorites folder'. There is nothing in 'C:\Users\(user-name)\Links folder'.

Does Google Chrome save 'Favorites' somewhere else?

I have done at least 6 'searches in "C" Program Drive and Computer and I find NOTHING.

    Can anyone help me?

    C:\Users\(user-name)\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Bookmarks

The text file named Bookmarks has no extension.

    You might need these steps:

    Hi,
Documents or My Documents was the last time I noticed where the save goes too if you exported to a file which would be a html file type if exported as file.
