Always restart in windows loading screen. Unable to repair OS

Hi. I been having issue with PC boot up screen since the last unexpected shutdown from PC due to overheat. Right now the PC is repaired and it will keep auto restart at the windows loading screen. Tried to repair PC using windows installation disc but failed. This is what i seen

And will it shutdown too before you can optimize default and save and exit ?
