Display all files opened?

I had found a solution to this problem before, but now I can't find it. I want to display a list of all files (and websites) I have opened. Not just the Recent Items on the Start menu. It was a folder and it had a list of all files (maybe shortcuts?) opened going back I don't know how long.
Thanks for your help. EZ

Is it?

C:\Users\(User Name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent Items
It is a hidden system folder.
