Thanks for the reply. I'm giving the system away letting the new owner know the installed XP
is a bogus install (not my doing). Before I mentioned anything, he said he was going to buy a 10 disk and install. I was trying to see if there was a possibility of a free upgrade.

Do you think he'll have any problems with hardware, etc. with the 10 install ?
