Laptop Power Recharging Problem

I have a Lenovo Yoga 12 Ultrabook Thinkpad running Windows 7 64-Bit, Pro, only a few months old. I purchased this for our office, no problems with recharging. Recently the client started taking the computer home, and now claims the computer will no longer recharge at home. Client has tried multiple outlets, but stands by what they said, that the computer will not recharge. But when the client brings the computer back to the office no problem, recharges just fine. Is it possible for something to be causing an issue at their home to interfere with the recharging process of this computer? Anything helps. Thank you.

I would find that doubtful unless there was a problem with his home voltage. If lights are as bright as they should be, I would say he has been nipping on the cooking sherry.

LOL. I think there maybe a little bit of that going on, or the user forgot they did not plug it in, and thought they had.

This is a different problem maybe, but here it is. == I have had my laptop plugged in for a while and it never charges. If you will shut it down, unplug it, take the take the battery off. Hold down the Power Button for ten seconds and let go. Put the battery back on, plug it in and Power On, it should start charging. == That is a bit different problem, because mine would not charge anywhere, but give it a try. Heck it might do something,

See for yourself if it is charging. Ask the client to let you remote into the computer while it is at the client's home.
