How to find out my bios version and update it?

How to find out my bios version and update it? Or to look to see if there are any updates available.

I dont know which bios I have or how to update it...

Please help.

You could also try this one :

SIW (System Info) 2009.10.22

You'll need to go to the PC's manufacturers web site for BIOS updates.

Why not just go into the BIOS during your next reboot/power on? The BIOS version is usually clearly displayed.
