My apologies I didn't give all of the information I probably should have it actually does boot into safe mode also it works fine with Windows XP OS until I do something that isn't just normal internet browsing for instance I thought that the processor was bad so I downloaded my little brother's copy of Minecraft because I've heard that's very CPU intensive and it deadlocked but I replace the CPU and it still deadlocked so I found out that it's not the CPU also I've had 3 different versions of Windows that it's deadlocked on now Vista XP and 7 and when I said to login in my first post I actually mean it does boot up and I get to the login screen where i type in the password for my account on the computer and as soon as the desktop shows up it deadlocks
