Can't boot to OS Win 7

When I shut the system down all was ok, but turning on several weeks later all I have is:

    Test Memory
    Test System
    Exit

F12 key works and all setting look OK. F8 key doesn't work.

Del Studio 540 with upgrade to Win 7

    Thanks

I was able to get to the C: by using win7 upgrade disk. I did run FRST64 and attached the log file. Is there a way I can know if system is 32 or 64bit.
