    Accessing System Folders

I'm trying to manually copy over the ws_ftp.ini file from my older XP system, and it has to go in the Documents and Settings folder. In Win 7, this folder appears to be a shortcut, but I can't find where it actually points. In XP, I'm looking at:
    c:\Documents and Settings\myAccount\Application Data\Ipswitch\WS_FTP\Sites

Anyone know the path that I should use?

If Documents and Settings is a real folder in Win 7, how do I get access to it? Even when I changed ownerhip to my account, I couldn't access the folder. That's what gave me the initial clue that this is a shortcut and not a real folder.

    It's just %appdata% isn't it?

    I found it

On another post, I found the link to:
Application Compatibility: Junction Points and Backup Applications

    That gave me the answer.

    ..\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming

    Oops. Too quick.
Copying the ws_ftp.ini file to that folder didn't make my perviously defined sites available in WsFTP. Looking at the ini file, it appears that WsFTP is expecting the actual ini file to be under "All Users." I thought "All Users" was now "Public," but there's no AppData under Public. Looking under "Default" didn't help either. There's no Ipswitch under Roaming.

    Any ideas?
