Preview Pane Handlers - Especially One For RAR Archives

Hello Everyone,

I am mainly looking for a preview pane handler that will allow me to view inside RAR archive files in the preview pane.
I was wondering if anyone knew of any methods to do so?

I would even take some kind of all in one free bundle that contains preview handlers for common file types to use with programs that contain a Windows compatible file explorer preview pane.
I am not too familiar how preview pane handlers are handled so hopefully what I am asking for makes sense.

Along with RAR archive files, there are a couple others that I wouldn't mind being able to preview
7Z (archive - 7Zip)
OGG (audio file)
AAC (audio file)
FLV (video file)

I believe I may have found a couple recommendations for the OGG and FLV files types but I don't think I came across anything capable of handling 7Z or AAC files. If there are any simple free all in one package available that anyone can recommend it might be nice to have them all covered in one solution, if possible. The RAR archive is the main one I am looking for but the others would be a bonus if available.

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas.
Thank You

I have done quite a bit of searching and have downloaded a whole bunch of things to test out, don't think I really found anything promising but if I did I will post my findings in case anyone else is interested.
