AppDB Registry Import for Fixing Missing Notifications

Hi team,

Can somebody please give me a standalone download of the AppDB Registry Import for Fixing Missing Notifications. This is for Windows 10. I,can not download it anywhere on the internet for some reason? It has this error message:
