Windows 7 setup thumb drive

I have prepared a usb Windows 7 setup some time ago and i need to create another one for a friend. Can i clone it into the other usb thumb drive or do i have to whole create it from scratch (downloading the ISO..etc) ?

Thumb drive detected in windows, but not at boot.

I have a 1GB thumbstick that I'd like to recover. Diskpart can't clean it (CRC error), Windows can't format it, it DOES show up, and diskpart CAN see it.
