I know there used to be a trial for the Enterprise edition, but the last I saw, that was pulled around when they started pushing Win10. You can use Windows 7 for a short time without activating it until you start seeing problems.

Thank you for taking the time to reply.

It has been very long, indeed. If I'm correct, the security update for Windows 7 has been (if not almost) discontinued by Microsoft. And yes, indeed, I also began to find problems. I do not know it is because I do not do updates regularly, or caused by one application ... or. Windows explorer crashes quite often.

But, is my iso file legal?

Edit: OK, now I understand. Thanks again. :)

    Hi AwesomeGuy,
It will depend on WHERE the iso was downloaded from, some sites are better than others.

But lets try and kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
As your trying to repair your system??

Follow this link it will only be valid for 24hrs. (W7 ultimate 32bit per your specs)
    https://software-download.microsoft....d8a9553e80ef9c

then using the ISO perform a system repair.
    Repair Install

    Hi,
Not exactly legal but it should be
Mainly because it's useless without a valid activation key
So your activation key is the ultimate factor that will make the iso legal or not not the way you received the iso although it is considered redistribution of copyright materials :)

    Hi Roy,

I greatly appreciate your help. I do not try to fix my system. Crash are quite common, but not too intrusive and I was very busy with my work. So I do not really wish to fix my system.
The only one I want to fix is the boatloader, but, the highspeed cybercafe is very far from my house and here it was raining, too. I'm so lazy to take a break from work. So I will just use this system for a while until I buy new system.

    Thanks for your help

I for one am not sure what you are asking.

Do you have a problem with your computer?

Do you want help with the problem?

    Hi,
The only question I noticed was if receiving a iso from a friend was legal :)
    Not really

    Either:

    1.
This may be most probably is a promotion CD iso.

    2.
More likely is for those who are part of the trial purpose.

Hence it is not a known issue on legal or not, as no one but those involved will know and have.
