Set a list of words to auto change in every application

I need to set up certain words to change automatically in email, word, excel etc pretty much any where the word is typed.

Is this even possibles? It is an extensive list and will require updating from time to time

For example if the word Boxcap was typed it would change it to BOXCAP. Or Servo-Drive would change to SERVO-DRIVE

The select word will all be changed to all caps that is really the only change.

Also if anyone has advise on whether this can be achieved on Apple devices ie iPhone and iPad that would be very handy

    Thank you

Yes that sounds right! And thank you for the welcome :) I want the list of words to auto format to the way I specify. But across all programs. Does that make sense?

I am not aware of any application that can accomplish that. As fare as I'm aware only dedicated programs like MS Office and the such can do I think what your looking for. Sorry but that's all I can offer. Good luck in your search.

Thank you for the information. What if I was to limit it to Office applications and Lotus Notes?? Even if they have to be created separately?
