W7 booting to black screen with mouse cursor after expanding partition

So i'm not getting bsod but hopefully i posted in right section of the forums. I cant boot into windows after i expanded reserved system k partition. Afte windows loading logo black screen appears with mouse cursor. I already googled problem thousand times and these are things i tryed:
    Startup repair - didnt help
CTRL ALT DEL, shift pressing or any other combination of keys while on black screen didnt show any results
Restoring system to earlier point in time- for some reason all my restore points got deleted
Running computer repair with windows 7 installation disk - didnt help
Command prompt - sfc / scannow , diskchk etc also didnt help
Tryed few more options in command prompt i found while googling, none helped

Any suggestions other than clean install ?

Try booting in safe mode. To do this press f8 at bios splash screen and then select safe mode

Nothing from f8 option worked, including safe mode, startup repair, run with last good known configuration etc...

It's very difficult to us to guess what you did as you don't describe it. What is / was on expanded reserved system k? What is k (drive letter?)? Did you expanded or deleted? What partitions where on the right and on the left side?
We can just guess in the dark.
Find a solution is quite impossible.
    So start again:
-Edit your profile with all hardware details so we see it.
-Is your disk Legacy+MBR or UEFI+GPT?
-Describe what partition you expanded or deleted . Was it to the right or to the left of C: ?

You can boot with Partition wizard Bootable Partition Manager| MiniTool Partition Wizard Bootable Edition and post an image here so whe can see your disk.
