Change Admin Name doesnt change path name

Hello, my admin name is Mike and lets say my file path name is C:\Users\Mike\AppData and I want to change the name Mike to Chad which is easy but my file path still stays C:\Users\Mike\AppData how do I get it to change to C:\Users\Chad\AppData.

That's normal, renaming accounts don't move its profile location at all.
A tutorial on the site deals with that and will help you to relocate the user folder profile:
User Profile - Change Default Location

While it puts moving to a different drive as an example, it perfectly applies to simply renaming the folder on the same location.
