Circular Kernel Context Logger id2

Hello,
In Windows 7 Ultimate, when by administrator user, change at standard user (not disconnect myself) and then disconnect standard user and administrator user to reopen, I see this error x 20 consecutive times, I tried to rename the file% windir% \ panther \ Setup.etl to setup.old, but the problem remains.
I meant that in addition to the setup files panther folder I also have a "newSo" folder with a "panther" subfolder, but this is not the Setup.etl file.
Any suggestions?
Ciao
